Return Policy:
Catalog or standard products may be returned with a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of shipment and if received in "AS SHIPPED" condition. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the unit(s) and approval by our service technicians. No credit shall be allowed for custom, one-of-a-kind or out of warranty products.

Procedure:
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is issued for internal tracking upon receipt of your equipment.
