Metrix manufactures a complete line of instrumentation to measure and monitor vibration and provide early warning of potential machinery failure.

Proximity – features an array of probes, cables and drivers that are interchangeable with competitive probe systems. Replace individual components with our ProxMatch™ color coding system or purchase a complete proximity system with probe, extension cable and two-wire, loop-powered Trendsetter™ transmitter.

Seismic – includes 4-20 mA transmitters, case-mounted sensors and accelerometers, signal conditioners and our patented Impact Transmitters. Products apply generally to rolling element bearing machinery.

Monitors – provide a Human Machine Interface (HMI) which allows an operator to have a predictive maintenance program by trending the vibration data. Suitable replacements for legacy systems.

Switches – for overall vibration monitoring and trending without the necessity of complex systems. Models available with Hazardous Area Ratings and explosion-proof housing.

Portable – economical units ideal for obtaining radial vibration casing measurements. These LCD indicating meters are rated intrinsically safe for hazardous areas.
